Dear brothers and sisters,
Here we are posting halal products that can be found in Beppu, Japan. InsyaAllah it doesn't contain pork, the other cattle which are not being cut in the name of Allah, and alcohol in any form (酒，みりん、酒精、アルコール). If shortening (ショーテニング) or emulsifier (乳化剤) is written in the ingredients of the product, we called the customer service to confirm whether it is made from plant (植物) or animal (動物). As the food factory might changes the ingredient anytime, we have program to call the customer service periodically to make sure that the product is still halal. In case if it is no longer halal, we will throw it into the 'Haram' page.
Lastly, if you have any other information about halal product, please leave comment or message for us. Also, you can request us to confirm the halal-ity of any product if you don't know how to ask the customer service (may be it's difficult for you to ask in Japanese). We'll be glad to have your response and suggestion.
